These folks are amazing. They made an honest mistake by dropping my debit card behind the cooler and they weren’t sure they would be able to get it that night. They covered my tab and offered to cover me and my friends drinks for the rest of the night. They still were able, in the middle of a super busy Saturday night shift, to get my debit card and get it back to me that night. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people or better service. I will definitely be back just based on that merit. Thank you so much to The Big Chill. Y’all are the absolute best bar I’ve ever been to! Shout out to the manager Whitley! Nothing but class and character out of the whole staff!
We go there once a week and enjoy the atmosphere and comaradery of the staff and entertainment which is great!! Ben and Whitley and Mike and the rest of the crew assure your glass is not empty or make sure you are well taken care of!! The food is great and service is excellent!! Thank you BIG CHILL GREAT JOB!!
We went Saturday night for my sister’s bachelorette party. It was a BLAST. We listened to Sensory 2 live band and sang and danced for hours. The hostess found us a table even though the place was packed. The drinks were good and cheap!. We ended the night downstairs which was definitely a younger crowd (we are in our mid 30-early 40s) but the DJ still played our millennial song requests and everyone danced and had a great time! Definitely recommend this place if you are in HS.
Went for a VIP event, and the staff were exceptional! Whitley (I believe that was her name) did an amazing job bartending for everyone who was in the closed off space. They kept the food coming, and we never ran out. The DJ on the bottom floor kept everyone dancing and pumped. Hope to come back again next year!
The staff and the patrons both made us feel welcome. Its a great atmosphere if you want to get away from the tourists places
I went there for a concert and had a blast! The staff were great and friendly. Drinks were good. Didn't have any of the food but it looked and smelled delicious
So close to the stage! Great entertainment and musicians! Beer, cocktails, food available. Plenty of seating and parking.
When I come to visit family in hot springs, after trying several spots, by far big chill is the best one!! Service was great!! Pizza was very good, ben the bartender had everything to me b4 I knew I needed it. Karaoke was so fun. No smoking inside. Loved it. Good place, highly recommend.
